Your daily starting point for punch and quick actions.
Home is the first screen after login. It shows your name, today’s attendance actions, and shortcuts to important features like leave, salary, and profile.
Open the Employee App and sign in. You land on Home. Use the main buttons for Punch In / Punch Out, or open other modules from the menu or shortcuts.
Start your work day with a punch in.
Punch In records the time you start work. Your company may require you to be at the office location (GEO) or take a selfie before the punch is accepted.
On Home, tap Punch In. Allow location/camera if asked. Confirm the punch. You should see a success message and your in-time for today.
End your work day with a punch out.
Punch Out records the time you finish work. If you punch out early, the app may ask you to confirm and add a short remark (for example: personal work or medical).
On Home, tap Punch Out. If you are early, confirm and type a remark if required. Then confirm the punch out.
See your past punches and day status.
Attendance history shows your daily records — present, absent, half day, leave, and punch times. You can open different dates to review what was recorded.
Open Attendance from Home or menu. Scroll the calendar or list. Tap a date to see punch details for that day.
Apply for leave and track approval.
Leave Request lets you apply for casual leave, sick leave, paid leave, or other leave types set by your company. After you submit, your employer approves or rejects it.
Open Leave Request. Tap Add / Apply. Select from date, to date, leave type, and reason. Submit. Check the same screen later for Approve or Reject status.
View your salary details for the month.
Salary Slip shows salary information shared by your employer — earnings, deductions, and payable amount for a month (when available).
Open Salary Slip from menu or Home shortcuts. Choose the month if asked. Review the details on screen.
View your employee profile and ID details.
Profile Info shows your personal and job details — name, code, department, designation, contact, and other information saved by your employer.
Open Profile from the bottom menu or sidebar. Swipe or open tabs to see full details.
Update your photo used in the app.
Profile Photo lets you upload or change the picture shown on your employee profile.
Open Profile Photo (or Profile → Photo). Choose camera or gallery, crop if asked, and save.
See your employer / company information.
Company Details shows basic information about the company you work for — useful when you need office contact or company name from the app.
Open Company Details from menu or settings area. Read the information on screen.
See company holidays for the year.
Holidays List shows non-working days set by your employer, such as national holidays or custom company holidays.
Open Holidays List from menu. Scroll to see all holidays shared by your company.
Read messages from your company.
Announcements are updates posted by your employer — notices, policy changes, meeting reminders, or holiday messages.
Open Announcements from Home or menu. Tap a message to read the full text.
Get alerts for leave and HR updates.
Notifications show important alerts such as leave approved/rejected and other HR updates pushed to your phone.
Tap the notification icon or open Notifications from menu. Tap an item to open related details.
See teammates in your company.
Team shows colleagues linked to your company account, so you can view basic team presence information when enabled by your employer.
Open Team from menu. Scroll the list of employees shared with you.
App settings and account options.
Settings holds account and app options such as password change and other preferences available to employees.
Open Settings from the menu. Choose the option you need, for example Change Password.
Update your login password securely.
Change Password lets you set a new password for the Employee App login. Use a strong password and keep it private.
Go to Settings → Change Password. Enter old password, new password, and confirm. Tap Save / Update.
Download the Employee App, sign in with the details from your employer, and manage attendance and leave from your phone.
